Nowadays it is possible and advisable for aluminium finishing plants to recycle partially or totally the big amount of water necessary for a good quality functioning of the anodizing and powder coating plants

Until now it was possible to recycle only 20-30% of the water used by mean of simple equipment like demineralizing units and reverse osmosis units and/or to obtain 100% water recycling and zero discharge by mean of evaporating units (expensive investments and expensive energy operating conditions).

The last Italtecno development in the direction of high efficiency recycling systems is the innovative technology named ICARE which allows recycling of 80% of the water used without big investments and expensive operating conditions since the need of evaporation is minimized.
