Electric Heaters

Some chemical solutions used in surface treatment lines (like for example cleaners, etching at start-up, colour dyeing, sealing, chromating, etcetera) need heating at constant given temperature.

Different types of heating are available, and their choice can be influenced by different factors, like energy consumptions, investment costs, running costs.

Italtecno make available a wide variety of heating systems for their Customers.

Electrical heaters provide a mean for direct heating of process tanks. Their selection is determined by several factors, like:

• Total heating power required
• Chemical characteristics of the solution to be heated
• Space available inside the tank for the installation

Electrical heaters can be conveniently operated in conjunction with a temperature gauge and a dedicated control panel, thus creating a thermostatic system.

Burners

Burners are a convenient source of heating when a significant thermal power is required.

Gas, fuel or gasoline can be employed with the burner.

Italtecno provide the full heating system, made of:

2. The impeller for air feed
3. The chimney for exhaust
4. Heating coil inside the tank
