EASY-CLEAN plant is an innovative additional equipment to the wastewater treatment after anodizing, which can be applied to new plants, as well as, to existing anodizing lines (providing a supervision or study of the actual technologies in use). EASY-CLEAN technology has been researched with the aim to dramatically reduce the sulphates emission after the wastewater treatment of the anodizing line (less than 150 ppm as sulphate).

The advantages of such system are:

• Reduction of sulphates in the water after treatment up to 150 ppm (or even less if required)
• Possibility to be integrated with DRY-PLUS equipment obtaining a reduction of sludge after filter press (up to 50%)

Thanks to these technologies, it is possible also to achieve a reduction of amount of water needed in the plant thanks to the optimization of the water used for rinsing.

Generally, the modifications may apply also to existing plants, but of course a study of existing anodizing plant lay-out is necessary. It is possible to combine the two modifications (reduction of sulphates and reduction of final sludge) or to apply just one of the two to existing or new plants.
