Part of the current that passes through the electrolytic solution from the electrodes is converted to heat.

Not only is it necessary to cool the solution but also to keep the temperature constant in order to avoid colour tone variations and colour speed change: so, a suitable thermo­regulation is always recommended.

For cooling the electrocolouring baths, heat exchangers and circulation pumps sui­table for acid solution are used.

They are also fitted with a cartridge filter for solution filtration.

The unit includes:

– N.1 AISI 304 stainless steel supporting frame 

– N.1 AISI 31 GL plate heat exchanger

– N.1 electropump for acid circulation from the electrocolouring tank to the heat exchanger

– N.1 Cartridge filter for solution filtration

– N.1 Probe-holder and probe for temperature valve

– N.1 Board containing the electric and electronic equipment for acid pump and temperature control

– PVC fittings and valves
